
Adam Welsh is the CEO of Flagship Multimedia, Inc., one of the managing partners of Great Lakes Online Media, and one of the founders and editors in chief of the Erie Reader. He formed FMI with long-time friend Brian Graham in 2010, and the following year they launched their signature publication. With its commitment to high-quality content and focus on serving and advancing the Erie community, the Reader quickly became a household name and eventually grew into "Erie's only local voice for news, arts, and culture."
Adam, an Erie native and alumni of Mercyhurst Prep and Penn State University, spent several years in San Diego, CA before starting a family and returning to Erie. He currently lives in the city with his wife and two children, and also serves on the boards of the Jefferson Educational Society, Mercyhurst Institute of Arts and Culture, Film Society of Northwest Pennsylvania, and Lake Erie Region Conservancy.
