Folk, country, bluegrass, Americana, and more! Asbury Woods presents a summer music series featuring local artists of various musical genres. Presented by Bock Insurance Agency with additional support from Horstman and Sons Country Store, Monday Music in the Woods will take place weekly from 6-8 p.m. in the Celebration Garden near the Andrew J. Conner Nature Center.

"The beautiful Celebration Garden and wooded backdrop provides the perfect outdoor musical experience," said Jennifer Farrar, Asbury Woods executive director. "Soak in the fresh air, cool breezes and musical notes."

Visitors are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the show. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, attendance will be limited to 75 guests, all of whom must register in advance. Face masks and social distancing are encouraged.

Additionally, Asbury Woods staff will be wearing masks and registering guests upon entering Monday Music in the Woods. Limited bathroom facilities are available while the Nature Center will remain closed.

Attendees are welcomed to enjoy food from the featured on-site food truck or pack a meal for the event. Lavery Brewing Company beer garden will also be on-site so that guests may enjoy a locally brewed craft beer. One dollar from each pint sold will be donated to Asbury Woods.

"Asbury Woods is such a treasure and we are delighted to support the growth of this program and what it brings to our community," said Sandra Bock, Bock Insurance Agency agent.
