Friday, Dec. 20 - 21

Scented pine cones emerge as snow dusts the tops of evergreen trees and stores sound Christmas anthems like Bing Crosby's "White Christmas" for all to hear. In the frenzy of Christmas-themed chaos, how does someone prioritize their Christmas cheer?

Written by Michael Carleton, James Fitzgerald, and John K. Alvarez, Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) touches on virtually every holiday classic from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer to Frosty the Snowman and A Charlie Brown Christmas, all in one show. Opening with A Christmas Carol, the three actors then argue about which Christmas shows to perform and finally agree on, well ... all of them.

Covering ancient times and stories in the Bible all the way to pop culture favorites, they do it all with a comedic flair. Sketches like "The Grinch" and "Gustav the Green-Nosed Reingoat" are filled with old jokes and new references to keep the show relevant while inducing belly-shaking laughs.

The show — now in the last week of its two-week run — is directed by Jeff Rodland and features Rodland, Lara Schaaf, and Jason Fried as the trio of comedic actors in this fast-paced performance.

To end the show, there is a number that encompasses every Christmas song into one, to make sure no morsel of cookie is left behind in the spirit of the season. — Chloe Forbes
