Community Blood Bank is hosting the 3rd annual Donor Appreciation Day this Friday, May 21st. The event is to celebrate donors and their milestones hit in 2020, but also as an open house to encourage potential donors to stop in and learn more about donating blood.
There will be games, giveaways and food, which makes it the perfect time to donate for the first time. Anyone that donates on Friday will receive a t-shirt, meal voucher for Sticks n Bricks Pizza or Bro-man's Sammiches, a dessert voucher for Smiley's Ice Cream Truck, and will be entered to win 1 of 20 local restaurant gift cards. All donors are also entered into our May promotion, a kayak package, which includes two kayaks, two paddles and a $100 gift card from Dick's Sporting Goods store.
