Dread Metal Productions presents Niagara Falls punk band, Virus X, on July 31 at Philly's On The Rocks. This event will take place on the bar's grand opening and it's their first event. Also performing will be Pittsburgh/Erie folk punk hip-hop fusion artist, JC Nickles and local psy punk band, Lucid. Admission will be $5. Music starts no later than 10 p.m.
