Reiki At The Lake

Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 9 AM to 4 PM

Reiki is a form of healing developed in Japan that promotes stress reduction and relaxation. It is often used to support balance and harmony during times of change or illness. The Holy Fire ©Reiki (a system of Reiki developed by William Rand) is a gentle but powerful system of reiki that provides healing, empowerment, purification, and guidance and is included as part of Usui Reiki. Participants at the entry level will learn about the foundation of Reiki, Reiki principles, how Reiki heals, chakra system basics, and hand placement for self-treatment through a combination of lecture and guided practice. A Level 1 certificate of completion will be provided. This would be a great class for those experiencing life transitions, caregivers, or for those interested in becoming Reiki practitioners. This training will be offered in a full day session on Saturday, September 25, 2021, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Brugger House at Avonia Beach. Participants can bring a bag lunch or order subs from Mamas or Teresa's Deli. Light refreshments will be provided. The cost of this training is $150.00 and includes a 177-page manual. Open to all residents in Erie County. Marg Mechlenburg is a Usui Holy Fire© Karuna © Reiki Master Teacher and an Associate Member of the International Center for Reiki Training, with over 10 years' experience as a Reiki Master Teacher and 30 years' experience in human services including work with adolescents, families, career counseling and in adult education.
