Artist Talk: What Do Portraits Tell Us?

Guest Curator, Brian Cohen, will lead a conversation about portraiture -- what do portraits tell us about the individual? About the photographer? Cohen will also discuss the works that are in the Connecting with the Collection: Photographic Portraits exhibition, and how it relates to his photography practice. Brian Cohen is a photographer based out of Pittsburgh, PA focusing on editorial and documentary photographs. co-curated Connecting with the Collection: Photographic Portraits and Out Of Many ­– Stories of Migration currently on view at the Erie Art Museum. Cost is included in admission to the Museum. Admission is free for members, $10 for adults, and $8 for students and seniors.
