Moving forward, while continuing opportunistic development, the EDDC will also look to become a facilitator – a development engine for the decade ahead. Utilizing public funding, tax credits, and other development tools, the EDDC seeks to raise a fund that will feed the development efforts for a generation, focused on intelligent, inclusive design and small business ecosystem support.
