Mondays 12 – 1 pm starting June 3rd Experience the dynamic fusion of standing and balancing poses intertwined with fluid movements in Vinyasa Power Flow. Strengthen your body with each powerful flow. Participants must bring their own yoga mats. Pricing for either class is $17/class for members, and $20/class for nonmembers. Classes can be bundled for a better value: $30/ 2 classes, $35 for nonmembers OR $43/3 classes - $50 for nonmembers.
