Wednesdays 6 – 7 pm starting June 5th Explore a creative somatic practice featuring stretching, breathwork, and self-care creative activities which will assist in calming the nervous system and engage the senses. Participants must bring their own yoga mats. Pricing for either class is $17/class for members, and $20/class for nonmembers. Classes can be bundled for a better value: $30/ 2 classes, $35 for nonmembers OR $43/3 classes - $50 for nonmembers.
