Seniors Eating Well - Dietary Fat: Fact Or Fiction?

Pick and chose the classes you want or come to the whole series. As we get older, a lot of us have health concerns like heart disease, high cholesterol, Type 2 Diabetes, cancer, are overweight, or are at risk for these chronic diseases. This class will discuss dietary fats in your diet and help you gain the knowledge, ability, and motivation to make dietary changes to reduce saturated and trans fats and choose better sources of fat.
