Come explore Erie's bayfront by foot with us, in a small group setting with a local expert guide. Learn about the War of 1812, Battle of Lake Erie, why there are sea animal sculptures on a freshwater lake, why we can thank fisherman for public access to our beautiful bay, and what the old smokestack in front of Blasco library is and what might become of it.
We'll finish our one(ish)-mile walking tour with an optional short jaunt to the skywalk, which connects the Sheraton Hotel to the Bayfront Convention Center, high above the bay. This tour will give you a great overview of Erie and its Beautiful bayfront! Whether you're new to town, a visitor, or a lifelong resident, we promise that you'll learn something you didn't know!
