The North East Council of Churches and Dina Hathaway, Principal of North East Elementary School, work as a team to help meet the needs of the students of North East School District. Since 2008 they have coordinated a program to provide a new backpack, one or two outfits, underwear, and socks to prepare the students for the new school year.
