Discover Korean: Language, Stories, And Culture (blasco)
Tuesday, November 10, 2026 from 6 PM to 7 PM
This interactive workshop will introduce students to Hangul, Korean greetings and useful phrases, and Korean language and culture. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to write their names in Korean, try tasty Korean snacks, and play some fun games.
The workshop will feature National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) Alumni Voices — selected short videos and written reflections from four NSLI-Y alumni, offering different perspectives on language immersion, cultural exchange, and their experiences studying abroad through NSLI-Y.
This program is presented in partnership with Classic Compass.
For teens ages 13-18. This program is free. No registration is required.
