The North East Arts Council welcomes Kim Chapman, owner and baker at Dragonfly Sweets to instruct on how to decorate fall themed cookies with her valuable techniques. Each attendee will bring their own unique treats to bring home and celebrate the fall season. The cost is $40 for NEAC members and $42 for non-members. Registration can be made through Eventbrite.
