The campus of the Hagen History Center will be filled with women on Tuesday, June 13 for their annual Women Creating a Legacy fundraiser.

Tuesday, June 13

The Hagen History Center is hosting their sixth annual Women Creating a Legacy cocktail party fundraiser. The event will be held at the beautiful Watson-Curtze Mansion, a historic home built in 1881, located at 356 W. 6th Street. Your ticket includes hors d'oeuvres from Make It Fabulous, a champagne bar, and open bar along with live music by Rankin and Schell.

This women-only event has raised over $90,000 throughout past years. Proceeds from previous events have been used to sponsor classrooms in the Education Center and Winifred Watson's Bedroom in the Watson-Curtze Mansion. These two rooms provide virtual and interactive exhibits for children's education at the museum. The money raised this year will pay for free admission for all patrons on specified Sundays.

Women under the age of forty will pay their age. For example, if you are thirty years old, your price will be $30. For all other women, tickets are $100/each.

Join honorary chairpersons Abby Lechner, Barb Lechner, and Leah Murphy and enjoy the party, tour the three exhibit buildings, and see the eleven new professionally designed exhibits while sipping champagne, enjoying live music, and raising money for the center to further their outreach in the community.
