Nick WarrenNick Warren

Nick Warren (pronouns: he/they) first started at the Erie Reader in 2015, contributing two music reviews to the Nov. 11 issue. They designed their first cover for the Reader in January 2016 and has done approximately 90% of Erie Reader covers since then. They became Assignment Editor in April of 2016 and Managing Editor in October 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they hosted the online video series Endnotes in cooperation with MenajErie Studio. Their final issue as managing editor was October 2022. Never missing an issue since then, they've served as Contributing Editor, regularly illustrating and designing covers, at long last beginning a regular comic in December 2025.

Having played guitar and bass in numerous bands over the course of the Erie music scene, they have a small collection of offset guitars. They love alternative comics (both illustrated and standup) and most of all, their lovely partner, fellow Erie Reader writer, Edwina Capozziello
