From traditional foods to bagpipers and caber tosses, rugby tournaments, and other heavy athletics, to free music workshops and live performances, the festival – Friday, Sept. 5 through Sunday, Sept. 7, and now in its 21st year — offers a spirited nod to all things Scottish.
