 Friday, July 29 - 31

If you've been longing for an affordable, genre-inclusive, weekend music festival in the area then you may want the scoop on Fader Fest.

From punk rock to folk, hip-hop, and EDM, this West Springfield festival has it all. At $15 per ticket, you can enjoy a weekend of local musicians, artists, flow art performances, and vendors from around the Erie area.

What started as a backyard party in 2017 has grown into an opportunity for artists, musicians, and lovers of the art to gather and harmonize.

Kenneth Davidson, the host of this unique event, opens up about why he and his parents, Randy and Kim Davidson, opened up their space and time for Fader Fest: "I do this festival to provide a safe space for local musicians and people to gather and share what they love with others. I love sharing music. As a local just starting up, it's hard to get booked and get your name out there, so I want to help with that. That's why it's so cheap, so everyone has a chance to have this experience."

Friday and Saturday feature music and DJ performances into the night, while Sunday offers a peaceful open-mic for anyone to test out their bravery of hopping up on stage to end the weekend. If you get hungry throughout the weekend, "Tha Flavor Bucket" food truck will be right by your side.

Gates at 3 p.m., music at 5 p.m. // 13458 West Lake Rd., West Springfield, PA // $15, tickets available at Full Melt Exotic Glass // For full lineup and information view the event at facebook.com
