Help Save the 814... by Adam Welsh

There's still time to add your name to the petition to save the 814 area code in northwestern Pennsylvania. As of right now 3,256 people have signed, and the petition will remain open until the end of the week.  At that time it must be closed and sent in for review.  It goes without saying that the more signatures this petition gets, the better our chances will be that the PUC reverses their decision.  If you care about keeping the 814 in Erie, and are in favor of overlaying a new area code instead of the planned geographic split, head over to save814.com and get your name on there.
