Erie Movie House Aims to Wake The Dead With Rock-a-Rama

Saturday, Oct. 13

Rock-a-Rama — an all-ages show on Saturday, Oct. 13 — is bound to be a real sonic witches brew, with everything from melodic thrash metal to punk 'n roll to pirate fusion being presented live in front of the Movie House's big screen.

Players include The WaddleDeez, a pop-culture-heavy mishmash that's part punk, part video game, and part fast-food; Human Delusion, a popular appendage of the 814 metal scene known for their speedy, powerful grooves and cool uniforms; and The Stormalong Scoundrels, a mutiny-driven collective of scallywags who cannon-fire rock 'n' roll all over the place.

Retro vibes. Arcade games. Punk. Metal. Pirates.

Sounds cool to us. — Ryan Smith
